Our Story
EuroWorks was founded in July 2023 by co-owners Andres Piedrahita and Raymond Herbertson. What started as a passion for BMW restoration and modification quickly evolved into a full-service European repair facility built around precision, honesty, and a shared love for high-performance vehicles. Originally focused on older M car conversions and mechanical restorations, we’ve expanded our expertise to include all major European makes while maintaining the same level of craftsmanship that launched our journey.
A Partnership Rooted in Experience
With over 20 years of combined experience, Andres and Ray bring complementary strengths to the table. Ray’s hands-on journey began with his own 1989 BMW 325i—a car that required constant attention and eventually sparked his obsession with not just repairing, but improving European cars. Through years of self-taught repairs, enthusiast forums, and formal training, Ray rose to lead technician at a nationally recognized BMW specialty shop before co-founding EuroWorks.
Andres, on the other hand, got his start as an intern at a local independent shop. After gaining experience as a technician, he transitioned into a service advisor role, where he found a passion for helping customers better understand their vehicles. His ability to bridge the gap between the shop floor and the customer service desk helped shape the values we now hold at EuroWorks.
What Sets Us Apart
We believe the difference is in the details. Our inspections are thorough, our service is transparent, and we treat everyone like a neighbor. Working on a first-name basis with our customers isn’t just something we say—it’s how we operate. Whether it’s giving clear repair options or going the extra mile to find the right solution, we always aim to exceed expectations and earn long-term trust.
Meet Evan – Our Service Advisor
The newest addition to our team, Evan, brings over a decade of experience in the auto industry. With a background as a technician, service advisor, and even a shop hand, he understands all sides of the business. Evan is an active member of the enthusiast community and volunteers at track day events, keeping him connected to the performance world that drives so many of our customers.
More Than Just a Shop
When we’re not wrenching on cars, you’ll find us building our own project vehicles, volunteering at track events, enjoying Gwinnett County’s incredible food scene, or spending time outdoors. We’re both engaged, love our pets, and enjoy the support of big extended families. EuroWorks isn’t just our business—it’s an extension of who we are and what we love.
